Hexmark vs GrowthFactor

GrowthFactor sells to commercial real estate teams at $200 a month for one seat. It runs on the revenue of stores you already have. Hexmark runs on where your customers live, which exists before you open anything.

You write the definition of a customer here and every count on the page follows it. GrowthFactor scores against its own lenses, which you can read but not rewrite.

What GrowthFactor sells

  • $200 a month for one seat, published, month to month, with site scoring held back for the annual tier.
  • Scoring lenses you configure, traced inputs, and forecasts presented as a range, all fronted in their August 2026 relaunch.
  • Five commercial data vendors bundled into the price, which is what you are paying the $200 for.

Where we are different

What the $200 actually is

It's one seat that cannot be added to, and it explicitly excludes AI site scoring, onboarding and customer success. So the comparison is not one per-seat price against another. Hexmark is $1,200 a month for a team of four with unlimited free viewers, and the scoring question doesn't arise because we don't sell a score.

Whose data it runs on

Theirs is your store revenue, which is what makes their forecasting work and also means a site with no history has nothing to say. Ours is where your customers already live, which exists before you open anything.

Who the buyer is

They position at commercial real estate teams and brokers. We position at the operator: the VP of Real Estate, the VP of Operations, the founder, the operating partner. The buyer is the person who signs the lease, not the person who brokers it.

What it comes down to

A site with no trading history gives GrowthFactor nothing to work with, and that is the site you are deciding on. Their $200 is one seat that cannot be added to.

Questions

Doesn't Hexmark cost more?

For one person, yes. For a team, no: $1,200 covers four seats and every viewer after that is free, and GrowthFactor's $200 tier can't add a second seat at all.
