Questions people ask us

What counts as a seat?

Anyone who signs in and works in it: sets the customer definition, connects your data, changes settings. A seat can be a member or an admin, and admin also means reaching the data you've connected, so hand that out deliberately.

What is a viewer, and are they really free?

A viewer reads the map, opens a ring report and reads the brief. They can't change the company definition or reach settings. They're free and there's no cap, because the CFO, the broker and the operating partner should be looking at the same map as the person who built it, and a purchase order is a bad reason for them not to be.

What if our customer data is stuck in our booking system?

That's where it usually is, and getting it out is what onboarding covers. We do that part for you. The map, the address reports and the competitor counts all work before any of it, so you can start without it.

What does onboarding buy?

Four weeks, capped at $5,000, to get your tables bound, your definition calibrated and your team working. Waived if you'd rather connect it yourself, which some teams prefer and we don't argue with.

Can we see it on our own markets first?

Start with the free brief. Name a market and we send back a real report on it, with nothing required from you.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Talk to us about terms.
